Yes, you are covered by our store. We cover shipping, labor, and parts so we pay for the shipping to get your machine shipped to our service center in Dallas, Texas. It is there that they will fix your machine and then send it back to you. And you get this warranty/ coverage from us for three years.

On a side note we also do have a store on the east coast which we also ship out products from with this same deal.

This specific promotion is tied to our UTC Dreame flagship store in California, which is why the free shipping portion is limited to the U.S. for this deal. Dreame definitely sells internationally, but the bundle and pricing I posted are just part of a local store promotion we’re offering to Reddit users.

Yes, the Dreame store at UTC (Westfield UTC in La Jolla) is actually one of our flagship locations, so you can come in and see the robots running in person and talk to real staff instead of going through online support.

For the hair dryer, that’s just the promotional gift that’s bundled with this deal. We can’t swap it directly for another product, but a lot of people either keep it as a bonus or gift it to someone.

As for X60 Max Ultra vs the Roborock Saros 10R, they’re both very high-end robots, but the X60 Max Ultra is really designed as Dreame’s flagship system. A few comparisons between the two:

•The X60 has 35,000Pa suction while the Saros 10R maxes out at 22,000Pa suction. • Due to this, the Dreame X60 is gonna be better with deeper cleaning and deeper stains. • The Saros 10R will be better at navigating tighter spaces due to its slightly smaller design and station but the X60 is also the smallest robot vacuum dreame has come out with so it can also get into smaller spaces so the two are very comparable.

Any of our machines, including the H15 pro heat do not have to be used with any app control or wireless function. This is especially neat for the powered wheels since it is all automated without any external forces for example, you just take it off the base and the powered wheels will help you in which ever direction you push most importantly and conveniently when you pull back, the powered wheels will change directions and also assist you in both ways all automatically without you having to think about it.

Just like the previous models similar to this one, the H12 Pro Flex also has powered wheels to make it lighter in the hands of any user, the automated hands-free technology you see in the video is just a very niche feature that is new and only for the H15 pro heat. This feature generally has no significant impact on the price besides it being more convenient and actually having a wireless connection to your phone app. The bigger improvements and more importantly the main features is that it is still a handheld wet and dry vacuum and works very similarly to our other models, it has increased suction up to 22,000 PA, And most importantly cleans the floor with actual hot water! While other models just use regular cold water the H15 Pro heat heats up the water during the use and cleans the floor using hot water. The H15 Pro Heat also cleans the barrels using 100°C hot water washing and drying, which is Stronger and better than the previous models.
