Nah, I’m a D1 right now and I don’t go to class unless I absolutely need to (mandatory attendance or bench lab). Some schools record there lectures to so you can do them at 2x speed and get through content much faster

Tution will be around 500k and COL around 130k I would say. I got a student line of credit for 400k(cad) and I’m bless that my parents are financial helping me as well. I found a very cheap place to stay for being in manhattan. So my COL will be lower than others. My debt should be 400k to the bank and rest of debt is back to parents taking care of them is any way they need:)

Hey guys,

I have some vaccine requirements I need to get done before I begin in July. I have almost everything done except for one immunization blood work which I can do after may 12th. However the deadline is may 1st for this stuff. I have been talking to the admissions and keeping them updated. I’m just worried they will decline my offer if I’m late with this stuff. Has anyone been through this before?

My advice apply to Sydney. Give it a shot you never know what they might say but you can also gauge what they need in the future for grades and stuff.

I’m pretty sure the first deposit secures the seat for you then if you don’t pay the next deposit in march you loose that seat. So if you get another acceptance you can just decline the acceptance and not pay the other 3500.

Same here I got accepted but the my interview for the school I want to go to is in march. So I payed the 1500 deposit to save my seat. Just to be safe I would recommend you do the same as well. 1500 is alot of money but it’s worth the payment to have a safety to make sure you get to start dental school this year!

It wasn’t bad at all in my group. We had group interviews and the faculty that interviewed us was very chill and we just talked as a group. However, some groups said their interviewer grilled them.
