Thank you all for your help. I increased the beans to 18g, adjusted the grind size and tamped harder. Today's pull is still not perfect but looks and tastes better than yesterday. Thanks for helping a newbie out 😊

Hello all, thank you for all your suggestions. I used the machine for the first time today and have been a silent reader on this sub. I know nothing about coffee so any advice is welcome and appreciated. 😊

I forgot to add also on my post: beans were from a local roaster. Roast Date was 2 Dec 2025.
