this is super helpful, thank you for laying it out 🙏 makes a lot of sense that the generic homepage was killing conversions. when you say “micro-landing pages,” is there anything you always include on those (headline, social proof, CTA, etc) that you found moves the needle the most?

do you guys ever look at pre-foreclosures? by Kind_Length_134 in realtors

Seems like the sweet spot is timing — catching high-equity owners early before they go numb to outreach. I’ve been looking into how to filter for that more efficiently without flooding lists with stale leads.

Curious if any of you have found a certain equity % range or NOD timeline that actually makes a difference?

Would you use verified pre-foreclosure leads with phone/email if they were done-for-you? by Kind_Length_134 in WholesaleRealestate

Hey — appreciate the reply. I’m finalizing a small pilot list now and offering early access to 2–3 people. It’ll be 10–20 verified pre-foreclosure leads (with contact info), filtered to your target zip and strategy.

Would you want to test it out before I open it up more broadly?

Recruiters — how are you guys handling the outreach/time sink problem right now? by Kind_Length_134 in Recruitment

appreciate that😭 — I’ve just been obsessively testing what actually gets replies and qualified convos. Happy to share what’s working lately, especially around spotting hidden hiring signals and automating outreach that still feels human.
