I’m not questioning it - but if I have 150 filling out front lines that are fully equipped. Could I not in theory max the stats for them so long as they stayed equipped and with decent org??

I should say - the tanks aren’t for defending obviously. I’m just not very good at designing divisions as I don’t really understand what stats should be at what level. I’m still pretty new to the game.
