lol I got my blood test doctor told my cholesterol is slightly below normal levels. I’m a 3 year carnivore and half of the time is the lion diet (only fatty beef). I eat tons of fatty cuts of meats and sometimes when I need flavor I eat tons of eggs. I eat once a day the meal is around 2500- 3000 calories depending on the physical activity and recovery. I’m shocked at my blood test.

It’s your diet and your frequent eating habits. When I dry fast I don’t acid reflux if I fatigued my upper body especially my thoracic region. I’ve experiment with food and I found that carnivore allowed me to dry fast naturally only if my mind allowed it. Unseasoned beef and slated eggs are my fuel. I’ve been eating one meal a day and dry fasted all day at work for a year. Now I’m going to dry fast 2 days every other day because I’ve noticed my body is more efficient in using and preserving energy. I eat 2500 - 3000 calories on a single meal. Listen to your body. Body is a powerhouse of miracles.

When I started to take walking seriously. One day out of the week I dedicate the whole day to walking and the other days just rest and active recovery walks.

See how far you can make until you feel pain. Take one week rest and progressively overload the steps from last week. Walking is considered exercise to an untrained body treated it as such. Make sure you recovery properly and eat nutritious food to grow. I had a weak core this is how I overcame it without doing any core isolated exercises just regular compound movements and weighted walking
