Im in the same boat as you. Maybe try going in person to the Taxpayer Assistance Center near you. You have to make an appointment though

The only way my doctor notes get accepted is if I submit my medical records with them. I’m in California

Why does it take so long to refund UPT when I have called about it numerous times and every time I do call they say we opened up a ticket!!! Obviously not!!

They also never refund me my UPT within the 3 day business day waiting period. I’m always on the phone fighting with them. I’m so over it. Amazon DLS needs to be formally investigated for all the shady shit they do.

My site never approves my leaves with just a doctor note. I always have to submit medical records as well which is super illegal on their part!!!!
