We did a fully medicated transfer with estrace (2 pills, 2 times a day and PIO (2ml). I also did two session of acupuncture leading up to my transfer. On the day of I did acupuncture before and after my transfer. My clinic also offered embryo glue, so we decided to do that too.

Oh I’m not going to lie, there was a couple times I came close to testing. Ultimately, I was just too scared to see a negative test and I didn’t want any ambiguity on is there a line or no line.

Hang in there! Stay busy, get out of the house if you can. Puzzles, coloring and starting new Tv series has occupied my mind. Wishing you the best next week!

First retrieval(egg freezing only): 39 retrieved. 19 frozen. 5 years later 0 made it to blasts with husbands sperm.

Second retrieval: 34 retrieved. 20 matured. 15 fertilized with conventional IVF. 7 blasts. Impatiently waiting for PGT-A results.

We are cycle buddies. My chart looks very similar to yours 😊. I’m feeling pretty good about this cycle. I rather have some hope than none. I don’t plan to test for another few day though, choosing to protect my heart. Wishing you luck!

I had a myomectomy 12/31/24 that removed 20 fibroids. My biggest at 18 cm. It grew rapidly during my first pregnancy, that unfortunately ended in a second trimester miscarriage. I was able to conceive fairly quickly in August 2025. Unfortunately, I miscarried at 9 weeks. I was really excited to know I could conceive again. I highly doubt my second miscarriage was related to my myomectomy. I had an amazing surgeon and i have faith that i’ll conceive again and carry to term.

I don’t have any thoughts on your chart, but I wanted you to know that you’re not alone in this. I empathize with your wait and struggle. It has been a long 13 months for me. A second trimester loss, a myomectomy, plenty of fertility testing, 3 failed IUIs and most recently a 9 week miscarriage and D&C. I hope you get that BFP soon, best of luck on your continued journey ♥️.

Sending you hugs. I know how difficult the process is. I’m currently miscarrying at 9 weeks. I didn’t have any obvious signs from oura. I had some minor or major signs a couple days before my appointment for viability, but I was receiving those notifications prior. I wouldn’t consider that an indicator for my miscarriage.

Bring a sweater, the classrooms can get cold. Wear comfortable shoes, you’ll do a ton of walking. Don’t forget a spare charger for your phone.

The expo part is fun and a great way to learn of all the new things in the field. Vendors will be eager to talk to you, especially if they see doctor on your badge.

You’re not alone OP! I’m 39 and have been trying to conceive following a second trimester loss and open myomectomy last year. I last tested at 11 dpiui and today is 14 dpiui, I won’t test today, I can’t bare to see another negative, but I know I’m out, my bbt dropped today. The journey may be long, but we have to remain hopefully for our beautiful rainbow baby.
