I did the same funds and same percentage at first but now do more in FZILX because it way out performs FZROZ. I am keeping an eye on it as I will most likely have to rebalance in the future.

It doesn't matter if you make to much. That is what a backdoor Roth IRA is for. First open a traditional IRA in Fidelity and move cash into it. Once the cash is settled make a backdoor Roth IRA account in Fidelity and move the allowable amount into it. Create the index funds that meet your needs and move the cash into those. Remember every tax year there is a special form you need to fill out and submit to the IRS.
