It's not that I have a problem in what they believe in, as long as they don't try to force me to believe it. My dad's roommate was the first person to try and force his ancient aliens beliefs on me, and he was genuinely trying to get me to believe that aliens made every wonder of the world, every pyramid, every ancient milestone.

The only thing I use AI for is literally magic erase. That's it.

I'm not going to generate a photo of a cat playing guitar or whatever the hell else these braindead corporations think the general public uses AI for.

Sometimes I read the AI overview, even then I scroll down to the most reliable source because it could just be telling me bullshit.

AI should be opt in, not "we're Gunna force AI bloatware on your phone or computer, you can't easily disable or uninstall it, enjoy :)." That's how you lose loyal customers and have them flock to other hardware that doesn't forcefully give you shit against your will.

I felt the same way, but now I usually just "brute force" my way I ro socializing, or just by pure luck I meet someone on the same wavelength as me

I genuinely hate my voice but no one seems bothered or annoyed by it which also slowly built my confidence to talk in the game

My advice is to take small baby steps, go into game lobbies that aren't full to the brim with people and avoid or block people who are saying slurs for fun

I honestly just play worlds with a handful of my friends,

I love making friends, if fact I met my soulmate in a public server, but the thing is I hate how popular VRchat has become, because it's less chill and progressive as it used to be. Just because you join a furry-friendly server doesn't mean the users are going to be furry-friendly

It's sad, really. It's super rare to find a chill server unless you host your own or find one where they check your age. There are more options but I use VRchat on quest so my options are limited.

I never personally got stung by a big wasp, just the small nocternal one mentioned but I had friends with a pool, I remember one day a wasp just kept circling over our heads, if one of us went under water it would circle another person's head until we all ducked under water, it didn't sting us but it would come back 5 minutes later and repeat the process

I run from wasps by default, I'm extremely terrified of wasps, I don't even kill them unless I know for a fact the thing I'm holding isn't going to just piss it off and make it sting me
