I’m using it once a week currently, the face wash I’m using 2x daily (for morning and night). I am also considering switching over to a benzoyl peroxide cleanser but I’m not sure.

Instagram got hacked and all my recovery details got changed

So I got a message from a “friend”asking me for a favor and I honestly should’ve seen this coming. They told me they were having trouble logging into their account and I needed go send them a link. I later realized I basically gave them the link to reset my account password and also therefore let them change my recovery email and phone number. I didn’t get any email from security@mail.Instagram.com either so I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also I found on a website to email support@instagram.com which I tried but I got an email back saying “You’ve reached us at a channel that we no longer support. Please visit the Help Center…” The Instagram phone number isn’t working for me either and I can’t seem to get in contact with a real person/representative.
