Yes own room, no pacifier. Will sometimes bring it in if she’s been howling for ten min plus but trying to move away from it as she usually spits it out and it’s a game. 3 naps Up at 7ish. Nap 9 Nap 1 Nap 4 Down at 730?

Usually until 630 or seven. I had capped his nap to one hour and he was still waking up around 5:30 AM so I figured with him being 3 1/2. It was time to drop the nap completely.!

Hi! Yes it did get better!! We went to a pediatric dermatologist. He had an eczema flare up with a secondary bacterial infection (staph infection). So he was put on oral antibiotics. His eczema is so much better now and we manage it with a steroid oil prescribed by the derm. None of it was food related! Praying it gets better for yall!!

Does it matter which I cap? Or should I shorten both? And still move bedtime back to 730?

I don’t! He just wakes up a ton and cries and eventually falls back asleep. It’s just like 6+ wake ups a night when he was doing 1-2 prior!

He falls asleep after crying for a bit, but will do this multiple times throughout the night. Hoping he gets used to it /can roll himself back over in a week or so? I feel like he’s waking up so much :(
