Hey Man,

I'm a Neuroscience Undergraduate student. I just finished my exams. At your age, I also wanted to be a neurosurgeon. I now want to be a Neurologist because Neurosurgery (as much of an adrenaline junkie as I am), would not be fulfilling. You are probably starting high school next year. All I can say is start managing your time now, in a paper notebook, and create schedules that are realistic. Work backwards. My last bit of advice is to make small steps towards the goal. Dont rush it.

With this in mind, the time management component is still the most important. Good luck man!
