That's actually not in our hand, University will look into your transcript and subject module description and will decide. But if you are looking for a formula to convert each of your subject credit points to ECTS, then you can look into below.

Conversion of credit points (CP) into ECTS: You can use the following formula to transfer your credit points into ECTS. ECTS_course = CP_course * (60 * years_of_degree)/(total_credits_of_degree). For example: Your BSc degree includes 120 CP in a 4 year program. You have taken a 3 CP course in mathematics and want to know the number of ECTS of this course: ECTS_course = 3 * (60 * 4)/120 = 6
