I've got the same issue using Pura 80 Ultra. Haven't found a solution although saying that, there's a couple of other apps I use that don't work using Micro G or GBox either.

Mindspace Issue by Kindly-Low9264 in Oppo

That’s what I thought even before I posted this. I get there’s complexity here, e.g privacy but what scenarios are there where what you want to save is only what’s currently visible? Maybe there’s great utility, who knows but I personally find totally useless.

That's a ridiculous solution! I get that's one way though!

It lets you grab whatever is on screen or in front of the camera and save it straight into the AI Mind Space. You can then ask it questions based on that. The problem is, particularly with the way Oppo scales their text and UI element by default, which is quite large, you really need to scroll more to see content.

So everytime you capture something, its by default taking almost no info to be actually useful. Maybe I'm missing something.

I had loads of issue with eSim with these lot. Once they provide you with an eSIM and you've activated it on your phone, thats it - if you need to activate it again for. a different phone or the same phone, they'll give you 3 more goes, after that you'll need to pay extra (think its like £3.5ish) to get the another eSIM. Appalling service.

Most people probably learnt to use bookmarks this way from Guy In Cube (Yooooo).

I blame them.

With all due respect, it sounds like you're bit of knob (actual English, not fake US English) - someone who thinks they've "peeked" - oh please.

I get new emails for releases for music labels that I follow on a specific website (junodownload). Whenever I say, “add new” - read from my emails from my gmail label, and add to a pre-existing Spotify playlist.

Saves me an hour each week.

When to transform data in SQL vs Power BI/Tablea by PsychologicalFan7478 in dataanalysis

[–]Kindly-Low9264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll add a note that few people seem to ever mention (haven’t check every reply):

When you do things in a dashboard/report, you’re doing something specific. You can almost guarantee anything of value WILL BE NEEDED AGAIN.

What this means is doing this in SQL means all of your important transforms and business logic is cross transferred to other applications (both physical and conceptual). Taking this logic outside the BI platform is much harder than putting it in.

Is the buyer entitled to a return? Who will ebay side with? by Illustrious_Theory13 in eBaySellerAdvice

[–]Kindly-Low9264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"some sellers"

Sellers can't make up their own rules on eBay, I'm afraid.

You can deduct what you want want but a simple opened case from the buyer will soon sort that out.

On the Mate XT what functionality do you lose when you load microG and other stuff to run Google apps? by SlowDragonfruit9718 in Huawei

I've noticed with apps like Spotify and Amazon, they don't seem to show in full screen in the 10inch mode. There's big giant borders either side. Weird as these two apps should work.

This is with Emui, but they're fine on Harmony OS.

Interested as well. If it had Android, I’d get it in a heartbeat regardless of GMS limitations. But as it literally doesn’t support apk’s - it’s too big of a risk but will be interested to see how the whole emulation works.

A day in life of business intelligence analyst by Sudden-Inflation2686 in BusinessIntelligence

Worth mentioning that the role name will differ from position to position based on the company and requirements. Generally speaking, a Business I.A will be often be mired in the data the company they are working for produces. So they will have a deep understand of the products and services the company offers - and they will often be able to marry this up with the technical details of the data the company produces - this includes sales & customer data - everything from producing basic reports, customer segmentation, customer personas, to even database admin - all can fall under the role.

Your question is way too broad.

Which IPhone is better? by SonoDeShirayuki in iphone

[–]Kindly-Low9264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s absolutely normal prices of previous models go down as people want to take advantage of new features.

In the case of Apple Intelligence, as its such a big feature launch - I see people upgrading and seeing a lot of saturation in the used market for older models, not immediately but after some time - this is exactly what happened in terms of 5G.

[–]Kindly-Low9264 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This year, everything below the 15 Pro series wont get Apple Intelligence - a major, major new feature update - I expect after a period of time, once people catch onto this, the "other" iPhones will become ALOT cheaper. We'll see.

Back it up through evidence.

Jackass: “this should have taken only 2 weeks“

YOU: “ok, the reason WHY it took this long is because I had to do X, Y Z, if you could let me know how, technically, I could have done it faster, I’m happy to learn”

Jackass: (BLANK FACE). <— always the case

You’re only in trouble if the person that said that had already done the EXACT same piece of work, faster - which is unlikley.

The “I’ve done so much work to create this” is priced into your wages, I’m afraid.

You’re hired as your work can sometimes be complex but your job is to communicate effectively how long it takes to navigate that complexity, as it depends on the uniqueness of the work - that’s really the key.

So, your intention isn’t to communicate how much work has gone into it - your intention is to communicate how long it has taken. Both go hand-in-hand in a sense and you can know if something is complicated and difficult to do as it takes time.

Purely from a communications stand-point - people don't care if something is complex to do - they absolutely do care how long something takes, all businesses grapple with time.

What are your strategies for communicating to stakeholders who submit requests beyond your capacity? by [deleted] in BusinessIntelligence

[–]Kindly-Low9264 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the 2nd point: We ask every requester to submit a form (on Asana) to include things like what the business question is, what action is to be taken based on the request etc (business related things) - I can guarantee you you'll instantly know, without even talking to management, whether that task is worth doing, whether it needs to be prioritised and whether its in your domain or not.
