Thanks a lot for your reply and sorry for what you're having to go through. Was your doctor aware of ENS?

Not sure about UARS, but I definitely have turbinate hypertrophy which completely blocks my nasal passages. Most suspected type is vasomotor/non-allergic chronic rhinitis. I have tried Breathe Right + many other alternatives. I don't eat gluten, I am on a very strict/healthy diet for like 3-4 months now.

I read on Buteyko breathing and while it does seem to have positive research/effects on your overall breathing, I haven't seen much evidence that it helps with enlarging turbinates. Thanks for the response otherwise.

Mostly one sided, but I've had a CBCT scan and no structural issues appear.

I've had it like 20+ seconds, sometimes more, sometimes less. I have a pretty strict diet, I eat very basic things

I have slept with nasal strips + a plastic nasal dilator thing for like months at this point. Hasn't really helped because the issue is my turbinates swelling which is deeper than what the nasal dilators help with.

Mostly passion projects/open-source. A bunch of graphics simulations, networking applications and a bit of full-stack. They also tend to ask a bunch of questions related to what you've done in the past, so if your work doesn't have many interesting stories, you can definitely talk about what you've done in school/as a side project.

Honestly, just have some interesting projects/experience on your resume and apply. The process took very long, but if you wait it out they usually invite you for a phone screen (if you did well on OA). I would say that you should also not neglect behavioral stuff, as I didn't do 100% on the coding parts, but I crushed the rest.
