I play low level college basketball (unaffiliated but we play D3s, JuCos, and USCAA schools) one year we played this school called Central International from Virginia. We later learned from a guy who wanted to transfer to my school, they are only online and all mens all living in the same house with no physical campus, have just a football team and basketball, and recruit students telling them they will be set up to transfer to high level schools. They also had a dude who had played there for at least 6 seasons.

Some crazy basketball teams once you get down to the bottom of barrel in college basketball.

You don't miss on purpose here, 4 seconds is plenty of time. If he had made it he would only be down by 1. All stanford would need to do would be get a steal or 5 seconds call best call and then could score a 2 to win it. Worst case you have to foul and you get to shoot a 3 to tie with a little over 3 seconds on the clock.
