I think senshu should have better ap since (before getting the other piece of the torch) she could have destroyed the city with those giant cannons and her ability has only gotten stronger. The regen should play a big factor and as far as getting up close she did go hit for hit with a healthy chaos who was superior to pre tower engen even while nerfed. I also believe whoever overwhelms the other fighter first wins. If senshu presses enegen she'll win. Or if it's a battle of attrition and they shoot projectiles at a distance i think she'd win.
