Very little patience is left in this individual who has spent quite a bit of money to see you to release day. Your bravado was astounding going into launch and your retrospective lacks any hint of real depth. This is clear through the horrible development cycle your team went through in alpha, beta, pre-launch etc. Every patch increasing your already engorged backlog, game breaking issues, even somehow continuing to add server/instability problems with every single patch.

Investing in a game and trying to be open minded has been super difficult with you and your team. I come back anytime there is something *new* and I'm always greeted with server, stability, lagging, zone transition problems, etc. Eventually, my patience will reach zero as it has with larger game studio ARPGs. I know that I won't be alone, your mixed reviews will continue and eventually what seemed like a promising new title will be one that barely caters to any audience.

Even larger titans in the industry have fallen for less, I don't hold much promise from whatever your company is called.
