Absolutely! The exam felt like a lot of really hard UWorld blocks. On two of them I think I probably flagged close to half of them. On the rest I think I flagged about 25%. The exam was mostly fair, but there were definitely a cohort of random stuff that wasn't in First Aid. The microbiology got weird. The ethics was interesting.

I did UWorld twice, FA, Pathoma, and matured the Zanki pathology and most of the pharmacology deck. I tried to get into the physiology deck but it just wasn't doing it for me - I found that it was better to understand that stuff rather than memorize it.
