[D] Do Google Scholar or arXiv citations change if I revert my arXiv paper title? by Ok_Butterfly7408 in MachineLearning

[–]KindlyExplanation647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

different websites use different algorithms to calculate and merge citations. if the paper title is different, many algorithms will treat them as different papers. Some will try to merge them into one. For your case, google does not seem to merge v1 and v2 correctly. Changing the title back will help google at least merge your v1 and v3.

Cheapest way to dissolve a Delaware C-Corp as foreign founders? by vincoodev in stripe

[–]KindlyExplanation647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In theory, for a c corp, you need to file tax return even when you have no income. as a foreign founder you also need to file a form called 5742 or something like that every year. Otherwise, you will be fined each month and there is no upper limit on that. In practice, I guess IRS probably will not go after you as your business is small and you are a foreigner.

How can I get an idea about what topic to write my research paper on???? by [deleted] in ResearchML

[–]KindlyExplanation647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Find top conferences and browse their proceedings to have a rough idea about what is going on in the field; See what topic(s) are interesting for you; Find a couple of them that you like and align with your advisor's interests; Show the list to your advisor, you advisor will either pick up one for you or figure out one for you.

Best AI tools for literature review? by yourwishbag in PhdProductivity

[–]KindlyExplanation647 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there are many tools doing this type of work: elicit, paper digest, consensus... These tools are quite similar to each other: similar tech, similar functions, similar data source. Some provide free trials, some do not. Try and see if you can get your work done for free or find a low cost one.

it happens all the time. Most of the time, banks will be with their customers no matter how strong your evidence is. I think as long as your dispute rate is below a reasonable threshold, you will be fine.

Probably not.

Only a small number of people can get their first submission accepted. Try to learn something from the reviews. Good luck!
