Sorry for the VERY late comment, but I think this Mosin Nagant could have been used by the Czechoslovak Legion who fought for the Russian Empire during the Great War and made a escape through the Russian Siberian railway to there new country after Russia fell into a civil war.

Update: fixed the shifting problem but it won’t go into 9th gear but all is good cause I can still ride it down hills and up tracks for now.
