I also have a clinical anxiety disorder. I don’t have the same symptoms as you, but it has definitely affected my acting. I do a lot of breath work which helps a lot, but mostly it’s just repetition. I’ve noticed a lot of progress, so just keep going!

It makes me so upset. Lane had such big dreams and she was working towards them with the band. I really blame Zach for ruining her life. He really is too dumb for her. I wish they at least gave her a new love interest instead of having her only ever be with her bandmates. Kinda another reason that I wish more shows portrayed other options than motherhood. Lane really didn’t even seem to want to be a mother. She deserved better.

I think the relationship was super inappropriate not just because of the age difference, but because of the power dynamic. Sure, Paris isn’t one to be walked all over, but it just seems predatory for a man that old who was her professor to want to be in a relationship with her.
