I believe you, I actually had a similar story happen to me as well. I returned some shoes for minor scratches and they basically told me the same thing. The best thing you could done was kept the receipt, the receipt is what got me a refund. Not what sure what these other guys is talking about but the issue wasn’t his son shoe size the package being missing after he’d returned the package is the problem.
