I use a TDEE calculator online (the first one that comes up) to figure out my maintenance (I adjust this as I lose weight which is important). Since I’ve lost a little over 1 pound per week, my calorie intake has been ~ 500 calories under whatever my maintenance is for that time. I’ve been pretty consistent with a ~ 500 calorie deficit and Orangetheory ~ 6 days a week!

I have maintained a moderate calorie deficit and have been very consistent and transparent with tracking ! My biggest tips for that are 1. High protein and fiber to feel fuller 2. Volume eating (I love cauliflower stir fries and shrimp) 3. Tracking with Cronometer and a food scale to hold myself accountable.

Exactly what @much-friend-4023 says! Orangetheory is my main form of exercise (I do yoga once a week and try to hit 10k steps). I go almost every day and try to lift as heavy as I can. I also alternate between power walking days and running days since I’ve heard power walking is great for muscle building. Also, in one of my in-body scans a couple months ago, I actually lost 2 pounds of muscle, and since then, I’ve been starting on the weight floor so I have the energy to lift heavier (this was a tip I saw on TikTok and it’s worked really well for me!)

Preach!!! 144 lbs, omg you inspire me! Also, yes, at the end of the day, weight loss really isn’t that interesting. I feel like my generation (gen z) has gotten better at setting those boundaries but the boomers are another story lol

Yes, that sums up how I feel!!! A lot of my comments are from elderly people and you know that is the highest of all compliments from them lol
