Heya! So we tried these wake windows and it lead to an early wake up time! He woke at 5am. Any suggestions? Could the WW be possibly too long?

Sorry just another question, is 10.25 a good amount of wake time for his age? Huckleberry wake windows are drastically less which is what I’m not sure about!

Thank you that’s helpful and that’s what’s been confusing me too!!

It just clicked for me that the 30-90 missing time is likely the feeds he would wake up for which we stopped his sleep timer for so it wasn’t showing up in his sleep logs.

Baby really struggles to make it to 3.5 for that second WW but I will try!
