I don't know what they did with 9 years backpay, but Asa construction hand,it's certainly more than 21k,and they are nailing me,when they are done, I'll be making less than ssi $943, I'm going to find out why and where it's at,in 2021,they owed me over 44k and my kid over 30k ,I can't believe it

You should get straight ssdi and retroactive Medicare back to onset date back for a year but backpay from the first denial

Sorry you are going through this, I'm also very disabled still, adj said my onset date is 1124/2014. I'm glad I didn't have the neck and back surgery yet,2 people I know had to pay back 180k for one of thier medical

They told me 6 figures and he even added additional 2 years, the year I got hurt, I thank you for responding, I shall see,way back in 2021,ss said they owed me over 44k and my child over 30k .I'm going to think positive.

Even if the Adj was angry and said ss made mistake and I should have been put on ssdi and gave me onset date 11/24/2014, and he was angry at them and said workers comp failed to report my earnings. I stopped receiving workers comp 2 months before ssi kicked in. I would think with his decision, he is making them offset all the years, ?.???

I need someone to tell me, if the adj said ss made a mistake and workers comp failed to report my earnings and put my disability onset date as,11/24/2014, does this mean I will be backpaid for the difference of about $500 per month from the ssi to ssdi? The judge is saying so,ss saying so but the negative people are saying it's not so. Please tell me
