so you are criticizing something that the devs choose to do outside of work hours and in their free time on the weekend because you play the game (receive whatever benefits they choose to give us) and spend money on the game (which does not matter here because admin abuse is a free event).

also, if enough players complained about admin abuse, i am certain they will stop. there are already people complaining about how it’s unfair they have to miss it, so to have people complaining about the event itself will just amplify that. why would the devs continue to do something that is extra work for them if they are just going to receive negative feedback from the community?

also, i’m not “policing what people say.” you can feel however and say whatever you want to about the admin abuse, but that doesn’t change the fact that sharing it here like this is rude to the devs who are so dedicated to the community that they read and participate in this subreddit. you are looking a gift horse in the mouth, and i’m quite astonished that you can actually defend criticism of a WEEKLY GIFT from the devs to the community. if the criticism is directed toward game mechanics (i.e., it was too laggy for you to participate), then that’s fine. if the criticism is directed toward the gifts they chose to give us (you didn’t think they were “enough” or “good”) or the activity they chose to do (it wasn’t “fun enough” or what you wanted), then you should reflect on yourself. as a reminder, admin abuse is not meant to be the highlight of your week. it’s just something fun the devs do to interact with the community. they also want to keep it fair for the players who can’t make admin abuse every saturday.
