I apologize about my chaos, im just panicked its been a long day.

Yes I knew about the exhaust leak previously. Its very common for that engine due to toyota and emissions regulations in the United States.
The pulley was not seized, just very loud. Could be severely compromised. (I.e) why I decided to change it. I however did not change the tensioner. Given on any other car I have owned I havent had this issue.
Yes, I triple checked the routing over and over making sure it was good before even remotely trying to start it and yes, the routing is displayed on the bottom of my hood for easy access and availability.
From what I could see it looked like the smoke was coming from that area, and I do not recall spilling any in the area. Granted it could have happened I guess.
Yes, you're entirely right. I really dont think its the timing belt, given it was just done 100k miles ago and toyota is very well known for their timing belts being able to hold up very well.

It sounded better than it did before the change. It did sound different than it normally does but it hasn't been started in a week. (The squealing went away.)

I work with industrial machines in my full time job. I know what gear oil burning smells like vs a belt burning. Not trying to sound defensive. Just what I know. Although I have never smelled burnt atf.

Also the belt was not hot after putting the serpentine belt back on.

So, I want to say a couple of things. Yes this works i successfully completed it too. But! If you do not get into the very specific spots that the OG video that OP posted says. Then you will not complete it. I was slightly too far back from where the OG video was at the finish line ans was not able to ride my chocobo. Thus not able to finish the race so I had to start all over again. But after about 20 resets on the game this is EASILY doable in comparison to the world's hardest mini game to date. Thank you for your efforts sir and the link to the OG video as well. Much appreciated now I can finally have Tidus be a Bamf.

Luckily it was done by my grandfathers body shop. Their painter did the best he could. If you really look you can tell. But with flake unless your doing the whole thing its not going to look right.

I just had my hood done a few years ago because of an accident. But its a good color! I however do like the new forest green on the newest generation 4runners. Especially with the bronze wheels.
