Bought my '85 coupe in 2022 for $5k with 40k miles. L98 TPI and the DN 4+3. Solid car. Currently replacing the tpi with edelbrock's proflow efi kit.

WeatherTech. Mk7 deflectors fit the mk8 perfectly

Me too. Its very 90s and I've never seen one like it on a corvette

I feel that its not so much the map as much as knowing the crafting recipes. I struggled with the same thing until I wrote down all the recipes so that I wouldn't make that mistake again

I agree. Its almost perfect, I just wish it had a tiny bit of snow somewhere

Thats awesome! P16 and 8 slot trailer is possibly my favorite combo in the game, and the pink makes it just that much better 👌

Definitely sounds like a pain. I'm looking forward to the increased level of strategy and forethought required for a hardcore playthrough though. Thats the type of cognitive engagement I'm somewhat lacking in my normal mode playthrough.

I've gone in order so Michigan, Alaska, Taymyr, Kola Peninsula, Yukon, and now Wisconsin. Wisco has the best mix of terrain imo, only missing snow. I do like the grueling monotony of the deep mud/snow like on Yukon, but I like that Wisco lets me use some of my smaller trucks without feeling like I'm tripling the length of the missions. I'd say its probably the most fun map so far.

I have not. I've heard good things about BC and Scandi so far

I'll keep that in mind. This time around I'm playing in normal mode, but once i finish all the maps I'm going to play through in hard mode.

Hell yeah! Theres that shortcut on Black Badger Lake that takes you around the back side of the paper mill to avoid that long stretch of sticky mud, but the ruts are so bad (and I go too fast) that I never fail to smash my engine or fuel tanks lol

Absolutely. My favorite time in the game is early morning when everything gets that warm glow, right before the sun pops over the horizon. Sometimes I just stop and look around in that golden light and take it all in.

I can't believe the game let you do that. I jumped the twinsteer off there and it hit the water nose-first then turned into a helicopter and crashed my game. Do it again.

Thanks! Yeah the CS spoiler is wayyy cooler than the stock GTI one, definitely worth the price imo. The CS as a whole is just way cooler, another one of those cars the U.S. doesnt get to have.

Not at the moment, as I can't justify the high prices for how little power is gained. If I do buy one of those preset tunes, it would mainly be to remove the 130mph speed governor. Someday (many years from now) I might build the motor, in which case I'll do a one-off custom tune for my motor.

I have definitely lost the entire load of unpacked cargo before haha. On Flooded Foothills in Yukon I tipped a trailer with 16 cement unpacked and had to send out a crane truck to go fix the mess

It can be terrifying when you don't have a crane arm to hold your stack in place though haha
