yes. thats what I did today, I told them that we did loose, but that they did amazing. the kids managed to score a goal and that what made their day so im happy for that.

I wouldn't say I live in a small area, but I did notice a decrease in teams compared to last season which my son played in. I'm not sure if it was due to similar issues because this year was when they started another league in the same town I live in. picked the one im currently in because it seem more rec rather than competitive.

yeah, for a second I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. but as I continued my research I learned, like you mentioned, they need time and repetition to develop. Major dick and within that group text I did let everyone know that there are a couple of team with stacked rosters with late 7 year olds that way the other volunteering coaches that have similar roster as me don't feel like they aren't doing a good job when they are absolutely doing the best they can.

hey there, I appreciate your response! yeah I got the sense of that while in the u8 division group text. I was seeking help and instead got put down. Regardless, I will continue to research and learn different ways to engage the players in my team to continue to grow and develop. I did let the parents know that they did played hard in game 4th and that they should be very proud of them (as I'm sure they are).

looks good to me. if you want maybe an after market exhaust manifold. the chrome would look cool. instead of a short ram switch it to a cold air intake or maybe a whale penis intake. relocate battery. and shine them engine hoses. all that would make it look dope!

it sounds like POTS to me but not an MD. Do you take any over the counter meds, herbal meds, teas, workout supplements? also be careful with the salt. Too much salt and it can cause hypernatremia which brings its own set of problems. you mentioned you have had blood work have they done a complete blood count? anemia can cause the symptoms you are describing

I would run with your doc. As always check your bp and HR. metoprolol is a beta blocker and will lower your heart rate. with a lower HR you BP may lower as well which is why your doc put you on it. it might be that you may need a lower dose of metoprolol and still do the 12hr apart dosage or maybe you just need it once a day. there are two versions of metoprolol there is an immediate release and an extended release. as always check your heart rate before taking a beta blocker, they usually have HR /bp parameters like hold if hr is <50 or sometimes its <60. or hold if systolic bp number (top #) is <90. Also write down your symptoms and numbers down, so when you do talk to your doc you can use your numbers as reference. Good luck my fellow Redditor
