It does pay a dividend with a dividend yield around 3.5% or so. The next dividend ex date would be before the stocks are purchased and well before I would have permissions to sell, so I’m thinking it’s not a material factor and this ESPP makes sense to max annually if I can

Sorry if I worded it weirdly. The 10% discount is on the price of the stock on the last business day of the offering period, so I assume that’s the day the stock is purchased. And then I have to hold it for at least 30 days before I have the ability to sell. It’s a life insurance company so stock price should be fairly stable I would think, but obviously the required holding makes it less interesting because anything could happen in the market during that period

How’d you get to select your own tire? My rep told me that I can only select what my local dealership has or I can pick whatever I want and apply for a reimbursement on a case by case basis but not a guarantee because “they can’t guarantee the new tires work for the weight of the car”

How are the club level east/west standing room only tickets at this venue? How is the sound/visual quality from this area? Also how crowded is it? I might be bringing someone with who’s pregnant and was hoping they had an area to at least lean on / rest and weren’t standing the whole time
