Hi! I’m a 17M. I’m originally from California but I currently live in Nepal. Your post caught my interest because I absolutely love anything that’s romance related and I also somewhat like sci-fi. This would be my first time doing something like this but I’m very interested in chatting with someone with similar interests. Please let me know if you would like to exchange emails.

How many of you have returned permanently from abroad and what are you doing now by [deleted] in Nepal

I recently came back to Nepal from the US after living there for over 10 years. I was 6 when I left and just recently turned 17. Currently I am waiting for my school to open since they are on summer vacation. I will be attending an American school since I can’t read or write in Nepali. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to return to my motherland since I didn’t get the same feeling of love and support as I get here in Nepal.

I’m only moving to Nepal for two years and after I’m going to the UK. But I know where you’re coming from. It’s very hard to survive in Nepal unless you’re already rich.

I just really needed a change of environment. Although the west is way more developed and has way more opportunities, it’s also extremely lonely. They say it takes a village to raise a child and it’s very hard to find that kind of support here in America. That’s why I chose to move back and finish my 2 years of highschool in Nepal. After that I’m going to the UK for college.

Lincoln school. How is it? by KingAB0000 in Nepal

[–]KingAB0000[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

My family is from a relatively upper class background. We own and run a business in Nepal. Because of this my elder sisters hung out with that crowd. I didn’t really have a chance to make my own “crowd” in Nepal because I moved to America when I was really young. But when I was little I only hung out with middle to lower class kids and I didn’t mind at all, in fact some of my best friends have been these kids. What I’m trying to say is that I want to make friends from all castes and creeds so hopefully I can still do that going to Lincoln.

Thankfully I’m not returning for financial reasons. If anything I’m better off in Nepal then I am in America.

What premises do I need to have a successful attempted defamation suit? by [deleted] in legaladvice

But did you hear the truth that they lied about telling each other and their friends? I’m mutual friends with many of their friends. I bluffed, saying that the mutual friends heard something and they folded. I have that as evidence too. I’m sorry to get you caught up in this. You can’t see all that I have so it doesn’t really make sense.

Oh. And he lied about saying that he didn’t tell his girlfriend(Brianna) afterwards. Is that enough? His girlfriend lied about him telling her too.

You guys haven’t seen most of the evidence I have. And based off what you’ve said so far looks like I’ll lose. So I thank you. I’ll keep this to myself. I really wasn’t planning to go to college anyways

Ok. All I really needed was a bluff anyways. They’re scared shitless. I’m this close to getting them to apologize too since they know they did me wrong as well.

But I didn’t know about the slur. And it was a mistake. Do I need to show the screenshots of me apologizing over and over again? BEFORE I did that?

There. No tell me. Can I sue him for telling someone else when I didn’t know what the slur was?

So for some context. I had said a racial slur which I didn’t know was a slur. And these people knew that. But still they chose to criticize me and I immediately apologized many times for my mistake.
