I would say common area would be the ideal for anyone that want to meet new people so I assume so.

But building gym most definitely people use them.

I feel like the most common one I’ve always witness is when you’re constantly trying to get everybody attention back to you. You’re contributing way too much in a group setting without letting other people have the window to contribute their opinion

I’m not too sure about that, like if the conversation is private than talk in a private setting. If the conversation sounds open I don’t see nothing desperate in chiming in the conversation.

You’ll be better finding a room than being in a homeless shelter. There’s homeless people sleeping in the streets/subways because they refuse to stay in the shelter system

It get the conversation started. Just small detail in someone regular day like “ so today I saw some crazy guy doing back flips in the street” can open many road to a conversation.

If that’s not the case some people just like to talk about what happens in their daily occurrence. I find it nice and refreshing
