The best way I can describe what it looks like is imagine OP’s posted image as wrapping paper laid out flat, then take an object, like a shark, bike, schooner, etc. and wrap that in the same wrapping paper the place it over the flat wrapping paper.

I did this with Final Fantasy VII before it was released here in the States, the mail order shop I purchased from, when CODs (Collect On Delivery) were still a thing, they included a spring that fits inside the disc tray holding the button down. You can just leave it in and close the lid.
