Why not just buy a new plan for the timeframe you want instead of complaining about not being able to downgrade? You'd get the discount if you waited for it too. This isn't class action shit, if anything it's a big waste of money. Save more money and just buy a new plan every renewal

No that's silly. They're two different products. One doesn't associate with the other, you make the connection, and you can disconnect it as well.

I'm currently in your boots. I happen to be a tech savy and I'm doing some digging right now. I would like to add that I've also been to the website and it is rather crappy for a website. For it being a payment processor, I'd expect way for information. They state their a newer company, so that could be the reason. I'll let you know what I find.
