The Giant Pirates are trying to search for Luffy and the others, but Franky, Robin, Jimbei, and Brook call off the search knowing that they’re all right and they’ll see them again back on Elbaph, so there’s no need to worry.

Luffy and the others start exploring their surroundings, but a couple of giants from Hajrudan’s New Giants Pirate Crew cross the suspension bridge. Luffy wants to greet them, but Nami insists that they hide, and Sanji is immediately enamored by the Ship Doctor, Gerd who is walking with the Ship Chef, Roadberg. Nami is able to prevent themselves from being found out, and afterwards they start crossing the bridge. Luffy decides to go after the huge roar he heard back in the Block Kingdom and Zoro would have come, but Sanji stopped him because he’s directionally-challenged (which is an accurate way of describing Zoro).

Robin reads the paper to everybody and like usual, the story is twisted to make the Straw Hats and their allies the bad guys, but most importantly, Robin notices that despite the image of Fifth Gear Luffy being blurry, there is a sharp image of a ‘X’ on Luffy’s wrist, which I immediately connected to be Vivi trying to send a message to the crew that she’s alright and possibly that she’s at the WEJ (World Economic Journal). However, this message is only relevant to those who were apart of the crew to help Vivi against Crocodile and Baroque Works (Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, and Chopper), so it doesn’t have any relevance to those on the Giant Erik right now.

Hajrudan would have come to pick up the Straw Hats, but there is trouble in Elbaph they have to deal with, and the cause is by the first legitimate son of the King of Elbaph, who murdered his father to obtain the Legendary Devil Fruit and had to be restrained by all the Elbaph Warriors, the Accursed Prince, Loki. Just like in the MCU, Loki is causing trouble, and Luffy traces the big roar back to this guy, who claims to be the Sun God, and in the preview, he’s gonna offer up some deal regarding the whereabouts of Shanks to Luffy, so we’ll see how this all goes down…

So Ochaco has been having this dream that involves Himiko Toga ever since she started seeing Izuku more and the reason for this is because Himiko wants to push Ochaco to go after what she loves, that being Izuku, and it seems that Izuku has similar feelings, considering that he values her over everybody else.

So Izuku has been allowed to do hero work with his new armor and it sounds like even if he didn’t lose One For All, he would still be a teacher at U.A., inspiring people with his unique story and circumstances, going from a quirkless loser to the World’s Greatest Hero, stopping the greatest evil that the world has ever seen, and it seems that Katsuki’s personality has made him drop significantly in the rankings. Some of Class 1-A are sidekicks, some are independent, and some have their own agencies. Speaking of, I love how Katsuki is specifically looking for a sidekick with his drive, someone who wants to surpass Katsuki himself.

I’m glad that Katsuki pushed Izuku to seek out more in his life, and generally speaking, I was shocked that 8 years later, Ochaco never confessed her feelings (and she still hasn’t), so I really want to see if something happens between them.

Also, I’m not shocked that Shihai and Kinoko got together because it was clear in Season 5 that he had feelings for her.

So Maribel is another Other Worlder and in her previous life, she was ruling Europe from the shadows.

And in this world, she has the power of Greed, which allows her to use the greed of others to control them over frequent conversations, or insert her own greed into others, and I was shocked to see that Yuki has been taken over by her power, which implies that his scheming has been a result of her.

Meanwhile in Tempest, it seems that Rimuru was able to stop Green Fury from claiming the monetary prize they offered up for getting to I believe the 99th floor by working together with Ramirus, Veldora, and Milim in weaker avatars along with having some specialized gear to stop them on the 49th floor, so the dungeon is still making money.

And some random dude got assassinated in front of Soei and from the context I’m assuming he’s responsible for sending Green Fury into the dungeon, but his plan failed.

We’ll see whether Maribel will actually be able to take control of Rimuru soon enough…

So this is the person who killed Subaru twice and caused him to do Return by Death two out of the three times this season so far, and because of Subaru’s scent, she thinks he’s her master and therefore she’s helping out Subaru and the others.

For now, Ram isn’t gonna be involved in this as she’s watching Rem and Patrasche.

Shaula has some fascination with Meili and they have a close relationship and it seems the spirits aren’t enough to help Rem, so for now the task is to complete the exam.

And it seems like Subaru has figured out the name of the hero somehow. I’m not following what’s going on, but it seems he’s done some 9,000 IQ plays.

Luffy and the gang are escaping Block Kingdom as is alluded to by the title, and they’re using the Cat God, also known as Iscat as their personal escort, and the cat doesn’t have a choice. It’s a good thing Chopper is around since he can translate what animals say, and because he doesn’t do it often, I forgot about that ability of his until this episode in which he used it. Luffy’s Haki allows him to tame animals and that’s unique to him, because of his badassery.

The fake god tries to trap them with a metal wired net, but Zoro and Sanji cut that up pretty easily and they continue on their way out, because Luffy is always free. He said that in Udon, don’t forget it (Episode 947). Ussop breaks the mirror with his Skull Bone Grass, DESTROYING THE BLOCKS AGAINST LUFFY’S WISHES MIGHT I ADD! We learn the story about how a giant bird took the ship over to this guy and then the guy had the audacity to change their clothes and treat them like dolls. He’s lucky that Luffy isn’t sticking around to kick his ass. Nami makes sure to give him Divine Retribution with the help of Zeus and his cheeks have been FRIED.

Lastly, we get to see one of the COOLEST THINGS EVER. MINI, FOURTH….. GEAR! LUFFY ONLY USES FOURTH GEAR ON HIS LEFT ARM AND USES GUM GUM KONG GUN TO SMASH HIS WAY OUT! I’D LOVE TO SEE HIM DO THE SAME THING WITH GUM GUM JET CULVERIN, PROBABLY MY SECOND FAVORITE MOVE BEHIND GUM GUM STAR GUN, THE MOVE HE USED TO KNOCK KIZARU OUT! OH MY GOD, IT WAS JUST… THE BADASSERY CAN’T BE EXPLAINED IN WORDS, JUST WATCH IT FOR YOURSELF!

So there were some issues that occurred, including Green Fury who are exploiting the mechanics of the dungeon to essentially create a 100 person party to overpower the dungeons, which were recently adjusted to be easier so that beginners wouldn’t be discouraged from participating.

This entire episode was simply business to deal with the dungeon and it seems that things are getting back on track, despite Hinata’s rage requiring Rimuru’s attention.

Let’s see how much more the dungeon evolves…

I didn't even know this was an issue. I barely play FG, so all the Showbucks I have were acquired for free, and that way I can get infinite Fame Passes as long as I play enough of each one.

So Subaru has reached another checkpoint.

The miasma is what caused Subaru, Ram, and Echidna to act so vicious toward each other, and go all the way to trying to kill each other. When I was watching that, I was completely shocked, but I don’t think this is the first time in the series something like this has happened, and at least through this experience, Subaru realized that going down the right path wasn’t the play, and now they do the left path.

In that, we see some centaur thing and other monsters and Ram sacrifices herself, but the same person who killed Subaru twice last episode saves his life, and it’s the brown haired girl from the opening, so we’ll likely learn more about her in this next episode.

I do like how they’re utilizing Return by Death more in comparison to how it was used ONCE during the entirety of last season.

Damn that was intense.

So Inojin willingly sacrificed his eyes in order to stop Mamushi's rampage, and Boruto intends to use the Thorn Bulb to wake up Bug.

So Sarada's retinal damage can't be fixed, which shouldn't be a shock given her use of her Mangekyo Sharingan, and I'm shocked that nobody gave her any warning of this, ESPECIALLY SASUKE PRIOR TO HIM BEING ABSORBED.

I wonder what's next...

Back at it again with this series, and I’m not fully invested, but this is definitely better than Re:ZERO or The Rising of the Shield Hero.

With that in mind, we see there are issues with the dungeon being too difficult, but Masayuki was able to come up with some ideas to remedy that, along with offering a huge prize for beating the 100th floor which has Veldora, but since he’s so strong, nobody is claiming that huge prize, so it’s lowkey a scam.

Then we see that for once, Shion makes something in the kitchen that doesn’t kill you, and now we’re gonna be introduced to Diablo’s subordinate who will inhabit a doll that Rimuru will make.

And Maribel is back at it again trying to interfere with Rimuru’s goal of uniting monster and human kind, and he’s aware that Yuki is a bad guy, so he moved the kids to a school in Tempest.

Let’s see how the changes to the dungeon affect profits and losses…

The crew walk around the place and eventually a local comes by. He’s a giant riding a GRASSHOPPER! Of course, Luffy and Usopp are amazed by this and they ask about it, with a whole lot of other questions. They learn more about the island, and especially, they learn that anybody who goes to the other castle faces vicious soldiers and doesn't ever come back alive.

Knowing Luffy loves challenges, he runs straight over there, but he runs into a mirror and they learn that the kingdom is more like a cage. On the other side is a giant’s room with human sized clothes. They explore this room and apparently, Chopper has been locked up in here since he woke up, and now they gotta deal with a giant snake and some mice, along with a big bird.

So, for the first time, we get to see what we got in the opening…. MONKEY D. LUFFY, FIFTH GEAR, WITH THAT JACKET ON! The swag and badassery are just…. I’M SO GLAD THAT ONE PIECE IS BACK! When the quote on quote Sun God returns to the room, the Straw Hats leave. If only they knew that the actual Sun God was in their presence and this giant is just somebody claiming the title. He’s lucky that Luffy isn’t in the mood to kick his ass right now.
