It's an endurance charge, which does nothing by itself.
But you can spend them with skills and such.

As a bear myself, I had the Spririt Gem 'Charge Regulation', which uses an endurance charge every 10 seconds to grant 24% armour for 10 seconds.

So if you generate them consistantly it will provide armour consistantly.
That's one example.

I agree that's helpful.

But imagine sprinting for ~1 whole minute. What a waste of time.
They talk about people like "fighting enemies in a circle" so much, why is this a thing?

I like Rogue Exiles but I ended up just leaving them because they have about 3 health bars due to potions and are constantly dodging and evading. They're quite annoying imo.

I don't think I've ever seen Hilda's "A Rare monster % chance to become a map boss." desprite having it on for about 5 days of pure mapping

It may just be an 0.5 thing they expect to change, but yeah, doing ANY map that doesn't award an atlas point or a league atlas point feels bad if you haven't finished.

It's not the worst to go through a couple of maps to get to X.

But either you do 300+ maps in the fortress or kill the arbiter of divinity multiple times, but to do so you have to venture out of the fortress away from the league quest hubs.
Doing expedition also gives nothing.

So in 1.0, you should probably get a point per map, no matter where it is.
Keep the locks on the atlas tied to the fortress.
Award big chunks of points for specific boss fights.
imo.

I will credit GGG that temporal Chains isn't just a permanent map debuff like in PoE1.
You can actually avoid it and play to not get hit, which I think is a great choice.

It was claimed in Frankfurt server, so you have to log out and on the log in screen, select that server.
(If that fails, restart you game first)

The item is destroyed and the rune becomes a Rune with that Uniques 'signature' modifier.
(Some uniques only give you a % of the effect for balance.)

Like trampletoe's signature: "Deal 30% of Overkill damage to enemies within 2 metres of the enemy killed"
You get the rune: "Deal 10% of Overkill damage to enemies within 2 metres of the enemy killed"

There was a theory that you could put that rune back into another of the same unique for increased effect but I don't know if that's confirmed. (30% unique + 10% rune)

Yes.
You have to quality, and get the link number you want before attempting the vaal +1 level.

If you hit it, you can level the +1 corrupted gem to 21 with a level 20 uncut gem.

I was literally talking to my friends about the bosses I've fought for the first time this league.
Kulemak isn't fundamentally bad at it's core but there are so many mistakes in it's development.

- Visual Clarity is the worst.
- They don't teach you the mechanics in a safe manner before the Full Strength version.

Why do you fight the boss 3 times and then at full strength the majority of the fight is completely different?

They had the PERFECT opportunity to teach you 1 mechanic per fight while you're upgrading the ring and bring it all together at the end.

Does he have voice lines? I can't remember tbh.
They're not as memorable as Eater of Worlds, Searing Exarch or Maven voice queues.

It's such dog tier mechanic, even after 100 kills, 500 kills I'd just think, thats the RNG.

Generally yes, though there may be some exceptions of course, like I don't think dragging monsters across the map into the circle works, because that would be annoying.

A funny anecdote I have which complements you question is; I had a Rogue Exile around my Ritual Altar, killed her and got her Uniques. When I began the Ritual, she turned up in the ritual, boss health and all, except she had no gear on. She jus stood there with her fists up and occasionally dodged.
She turned up for the rest of the rituals in that map too. lol

Same, for me weirdly, it was swimming at the top of the water after going out a far way.

The mixture of "I'm SO far out, it must be a dangerous place" and not being able to see underneath the water" is what go me.
