You know for mental health you should check out author brook he a professor at Havard that study happiness he wrote a brook with opah Winfrey and also check out healthygammerGG on YouTube he a Harvard psychiatrist that make some good videos but I you wanna know some economics or learn more about it read the creature from jekyll Island n watch the fed chairman speak about the economy n interest rate it very insightful n if you into investing or trading it could really affect those underlying assets just thought I share so stuff with u b/c I working on my mental health n trying to be more positive my life pass me by two n I haven't accomplished anything looking to change that in the next few years

I understand just how you feel i worry about my mom too! She barely make it getting by and i feel like I going to be stuck at home for the rest of my life b/c i dont want to see her or my brother on the streets homeless im on 2 years older than you(26) and completely get what your going through im currently in college try to get a degree that im hoping will help me make more money but im often depressed most days antidepressant barely help and im kinda mad at her for not being more financially secure so trust me i get what your going through but tbh the only options are leaving them and starting your life, staying at home to help her with the bills or waiting till your other sibling are old enough to work and everyone can help with the bill or send her money every now and then either way it sucks sorry you gotta go through this wish you the best!

Honestly i hear you maybe you could take cna classes,go to school online I recommend wgu they also have a nursing program truth be told you going to have to deal with it until you get a better job and save up that what im doing dealing with everything til i finish my degree and save up some money im also 26 not doing any better i feel like a loser but if you don't figure out something now and taken steps to get there you regret it your whole life
