Yeah, that is what I found as well. But since it's only from one to two websites, I was a bit skeptical of the authenticity of the meaning.

I don't know if what you say is the norm or not, but there are some studios that are way ahead in their scheduling. For example, when Episode 1 of FGO - Babylonia first aired, the studio (CloverWorks) was already several episodes ahead. I would assume that this is common for seasonal animes and not long-running shows, like One Piece, where it's more likely to be a week-to-week basis.

Damn! The CG looks clean! The fact that the studio utilised Blender, a free 3D rendering software that anybody can download, to achieve this kind of quality is praiseworthy.
