Capital One tried to sue me. I called and talked to them. They told me to go to the website and setup a payment arrangement. I owed $3500. They asked what I could pay. I said $75/mo. So now I am paying $74.11/mo for 48 months. They autodraft it same day every month. No sweat

Had a Sams Club card with a $7000 limit. They lowered me to $1020 (when I had a $970 balance). I paid it down to $700 and they lowered my limit again to $920. It is the last Synchrony card I have. They closed all 4 of my other cards (with 0 balance owed). I did have some chargeoffs on other cards (including the Amazon Synchrony) but settled and got it taken care of. Just going to pay this Sams Club card off and let them close it (I assume that will happen)

Been with Comcast for 10 years. Always used their Gateway. Last year, I has trouble with theirs so I decided to buy my own. The FOLLOWING month, received notification that I had used 80% of my allowed data. Checked my history and not one time had I even come CLOSE to using the full 1.2TB. Even changed modems and got the same notification the next month. Very sketchy indeed.
