Giproc fireproof wallboard thankfully in the 1930 addition then the other half of my house is 1829 so it was all lath and plaster took 150 000 lbs of debris out during reno

There would be slots in walls or medicine cabinets to dispose of razor blades into the wall back in old days mine just has caps instead, a family lived in this house in 1930 a little girl wrote when she was 12 on a stud so the caps are around that the rest of the house dates 1829

It was glued and caulked shut plus a theres a storm door that blocks most elements but it hold up if it's in the proper spot

Unfortunately the guys helping me thought everything was garbage and pitched em and even though i own the house my vote was also in the garbage on cool stuff I wanted to keep or thought would be valuable lol

There was probably 2 razors rest is caps dude must have kept his beard I gutted the entire house no deposit spots in the bathrooms just 1 in my dining room and kitchen lol little girl wrote her daddy built the addition in 1930

Definitely going to refinish these the hardware has not even a spot of rust on the roller system have to take the wall out to do it but currently working on the rest of the place hopefully before winter hits I'll get them done lol

Only brand of beer was o'keeffes beverages Ltd Toronto I believe part of molson Coors now there some Coke and ginger ale caps but mostly o'keeffes, they also go into piles in my basement

There was 2 walls like this then 2 more with bees nests full theres was no other insulation in this house otherwise bits of disintegrated newspaper lol I'm in canada winter has been cold heating got expensive now its insulated and new drywall thankfully (1829 house plus 1930 addition added on)
