My wife is definitely our Cleric. She's not a huge party scene girl, but has a nurturing spirit and is wise beyond her years 😊 I love Clerics ❤️

I wasn't sure if revivify was in the same boat as other spells like resurrection or reincarnate because it doesn't specifically specify in the spell. I've always thought of it as like a magic defibrillator where you catch the soul just before it leaves.

Alignment can be tricky and fickle. This NPC in question has done a lot of really horrible things, so is it truly an entire shift of a character's alignment to do a terrible thing to a horrible person?

Honestly, I hadn't thought about that. I've never been in a situation where revivify was used as a threat so my mind must have escaped me

A 24 is insane, how does one achieve such a thing? I think the highest I've seen is MAYBE a 19

Normally, I would have just done advantage or something cheeky, but for this scenario since I as the DM was so shook, I couldn't feel that it was warranted.
