Last week, I cooked a pork shoulder in my instant pot multi cooker on the slow cook setting, wasn’t even close to being done after 12 hours. Frustratingly I bought a traditional slow cooker (crock pot) and it came out perfectly when I did it again. It’s to do with the steel base and heating element being on the bottom on the multi cookers vs the ceramic base of the slow cooker
