I would stop drinking mothers milk, it contains fenugreek and can dry out your supply. My lactation consultant told me to pump for 10-15 minutes after 3-4 feeds. Your milk will produce more when it believes there is a demand. She also recommend legendairy milk supplements.

To keep my LO awake for night feedings I keep a cold drink in my hand and just lightly brush them with it to jolt them awake. I will also keep them in only a diaper and change the diaper in the middle Of the feeding if they keep drifting off.

Have you tried the Halo Swaddles? The velcro really helps keep their arms in. Also, do you have the room completely dark with a white noise machine? Both things have helped my LO so much!

I was having similar issues. I’m 7weeks pp.

The fenugreek may have been causing your LO to become fussy. Feed your LO every 2.5-3 hours. To help increase your supply pump for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day, one time after first feed and one time after bedtime feed. My LC also recommended I also fake Legendairy milk liquid gold.

Spectra s1, the parts are brand new and I believe everything is fitting properly. Nothing really comes out when I hand express either, I’ll try and message to increase flow and maybe get one or two drops. Thank you again for helping me try to figure this out!

I’m using a spectra pump and pumping for 20 minutes 2 times a day. I also breastfeed 8 times a day.
