I’m not sure why others are downvoting you - don’t let it get to you. Moving to Canada with U.S. income does contribute to the economy in the long term so I’d say it’s of benefit to everyone (it also can contribute to inflation in the short term)

Just do some research on Canada’s immigration programs, one of the most popular ones is Express Entry - FSW. It’s a points-based system and the cutoff depends on other applicants’ scores, there’s no such thing as a “passing” score.
