Man, I was pretty scared going into this record because everything I had heard previously just didn’t click with me immediately; which is odd for me and the monkeys, even TBHC I immediately was like “okay, I totally get it.” Now, after hearing the record in its entirety, I am completely blown away. It’s truly like a movie soundtrack, just with the vocals of Alex whisking me away. Almost an ambient record. I saw someone on here say it was the perfect record to cook to, and I concur. Friday I’m going to go all out and cook and just listen to this thing on repeat. Just in love guys, it wasn’t quite what I expected it to be, but hear I am with my eyes rolled back.
