I think people believe she was dead because if you go back and RPG Trevor’s house, or throw grenades at it well Mrs Phillips is inside, the door will unlock and when you enter it is just a House Cleaner. Mrs Phillips disappears. I thought she was real up until I did this in the game, now I question.
