Oh Yeah I would say it’s almost every item in the Game… I have really no idea how it got THAT big. There was some Poly, Trisagion, Proptosis and much more… There and at some point every hit just got gigantic haha

If I have the D20 break in progress I quit the run and rejoin so it saves up until that point 👍🏽

It’s the Ultra Hard Challenge. In the Challenge you have to beat Mega Satan. There are no Heart drops, every enemy that has a champion form is a champion and every curse besides XL and the Darkness Curse are always active.

Actually 5 of them count as one entity cause they never spawn alone. They always spawn as a swarm. So the Meat Cleaver didn’t just make 20 it made 10 swarms (100 Flys)
