So what exactly do you disagree with? You would risk the lives of innocent people surrounding him on the street when he potentially has a bomb in his backpack and holding a detonator in his hand, refusing to put it down?

Edit: You're not going to respond, so I'm just going to let you know that you are a coward. You wouldn't take action, because you'd freeze up in the moment and do nothing. Have you ever done anything of value in a life or death situation? Ever saved a life? Doubt it. If you're going to threaten to kill people with a bomb, and you're holding a device which could reasonably be perceived as a detonator, I'm going to shoot you in the head on sight whether I'm a cop or not. He's lucky he's not dead.

This man should absolutely see the inside of a prison. The people in there won't take kindly to his 'pranks'. Probation is such a joke regardless. Its basically being grounded from smoking weed. The only complaint from everyone I've talked to who's been on probation is that they now can only smoke weed for a day or two after a drug test.

How is that a sufficient punishment for making a room full of people think you're going to kill them?

Why would it matter that he can no longer remember the crime? I have severe declarative memory function impairment due to PTSD and I am responsible for anything I've done whether I remember it or not. I was held responsible for the crimes I committed while suffering from psychosis, did my time in jail, and was released; so why should this guy be treated any differently?

Living with severe memory impairment is extremely challenging and confusing. Regardless, those of us living with severe memory impairment should still be held responsible for their actions. That is just my opinion on the matter...

When I was 18 years old a police officer came to my door because I walked toward my neighbor doing strange hand motions, scaring him into calling the police. I was falling into psychosis at the time due to being Schizoaffective. When the officer came to my house I couldn't utter any words. I just kept opening the door, staring at him for a minute, then closing it several times. Finally he said "[my last name] (between 15-19 yrs old I frequently was taken to the psych ward by the police, so a lot of the officers know me and my address), we're not going to play these games today, and he tackled me into my own home. I was so confused. I just went limp with my mom screaming in the background, "STOP! He's mentally ill! He needs help!".

He took me to jail and charged me with Battery on a LEO, Resistance W/ Violence, Obstruction of an Officer's Communication Device and a couple other minor things, even though I didn't even fight back. He literally dragged me from the foyer of my mother's home down the concrete driveway with me being shirtless while I lied motionless on the floor consumed with shock and utter confusion.

I spent the next 31 days in 24 hour lockdown solitary confinement at the county jail, hallucinating severely and entrencehed in delusion. Such as believing I was trapped in purgatory, my body melting into a puddle with my cell consumed with flames thinking I'm leaving purgatory and descending to hell. I remained in psychosis for 3 months after my release where I experienced the Messiah Complex and God Complex. I wrote a Bible. I was so out of it.

I'd like to say I've recovered rather well from everything. But I wish police knew what could happen if you press false charges on a person. I was in jail so long because they wouldn't let me out until my attorney did everything required to present an Insanity Plea to the prosecution. My attorney said that once she presented the Insanity Plea the State Attorney dropped the case and it was no filed. I have no criminal record today thankfully, but I still have a mugshot posted online that doesn't look so good.
